The first 17 units are targeted for completion by June 2027. This is a projected milestone and may change as construction progresses.
What are the starting prices and sizes?
Townhomes are planned at 1,499 square feet, starting at $389,900. Condominiums are planned at 1,659 square feet, starting at $379,900. Prices and specifications are subject to change.
What amenities are planned?
Current plans include a clubhouse and fitness center, a 20-by-40-foot pool, spa, one pickleball court, a children's playground, and landscaped gathering areas. Final amenity details remain subject to verification.
Are commercial spaces available to purchase?
